Follow the Two-Month Lead Time Rule

Follow standard practices for your product sale planning that needs to be planned two months before your product fulfillment period. These two months will give you ample room for the timely delivery of final products to your customers; this period will also assist your customers to plan their assortments and estimate total products needed.

Reserve Three to Four Months for New Product Launches
